Click to open document 06/04/2020 DISP-AFFIRMED FSC-OPINION: Ultimately, because competent, substantial evidence supports the postconviction court's finding that Reres made a strategic decision not to challenge the juror at issue, and because this strategy was objectively reasonable from the perspective of believing that it would operate to Patrick's advantage in this particular trial, we affirm the denial of postconviction relief. It is so ordered.
