The Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases' "Motion to Lift Stay and Withdraw Proposals #1-#13" is hereby granted in part and the proposals to amend instructions 11.7, 11.10, 11.10(a)-11.10(g), 11.11, 11.12, 11.18, and 29.13(c) are hereby withdrawn. The proposal to amend instruction 29.24 was severed from this case by the Court's August 10, 2016, order. See In re Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases-Instruction 29.24, 200 So. 3d 754 (Fla. 2016).
