Respondents, TIKD Services, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, and Christopher Riley, individually and as founder of TIKD Services, LLC, are hereby permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the acts complained of, as well as any other acts constituting the unauthorized practice of law in the State of Florida. The Bar has requested that the costs of this proceeding be taxed against TIKD. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 10-7.1(d)(2). The Court reserves ruling on the request until the Bar files an affidavit of costs. It is so ordered.
