DISP-DISMISSED MISC.
|
|
Having considered The Florida Bar's petition, the comments filed, and after having had the benefit of oral argument, the Court declines to amend Rules Regulating the Florida Bar 6-3.5, 6-3.6, and 6-10.3 at this time. The Bar may file a petition to amend such rules after it confers with, and receives input from, the Appellate Practice, Trial Lawyers, Family Law, and Public Interest Law Sections, as well as any other interested sections of the Bar. Accordingly, this case is hereby dismissed.
