DISP-APPROVED

|
FSC-OPINION: Accordingly, we answer the rephrased certified question in the affirmative. Further, because the trial court abused its discretion by not ordering remittitur of the punitive damages award in this case, we approve the Fifth District's decision reversing the excessive award and remanding for further proceedings to the extent the district court's decision is consistent with this opinion. It is so ordered.
