The supplemental report should specifically explain whether, under proposed new subdivision (d)(3), which does not contain similar language, an appellate court can request the unredacted version of information in the record. See In re Amends. to Rule of App. Pro. 9.200, 177 So. 3d 1254, 1255 (Fla. 2015) (explaining that the above quoted language was added to subdivision (d)(1)(C) to "direct that any redacted confidential information will be made available to the appellate court on request"). The Chair is allowed to and including May 31, 2019, in which to file the supplemental report.
