Click to open document 05/01/2019 ORDER-OTHER SUBSTANTIVE The Chair of the Appellate Court Rules Committee is hereby directed to file a supplemental report addressing the deletion of the language in subdivision (d)(1)(C) of rule 9.200 that provides "The unredacted version of any information in the record shall be provided to the appellate court upon request." The supplemental report should specifically explain whether, under proposed new subdivision (d)(3), which does not contain similar language, an appellate court can request the unredacted version of information in the record. See In re Amends. to Rule of App. Pro. 9.200, 177 So. 3d 1254, 1255 (Fla. 2015) (explaining that the above quoted language was added to subdivision (d)(1)(C) to "direct that any redacted confidential information will be made available to the appellate court on request"). The Chair is allowed to and including May 31, 2019, in which to file the supplemental report.
