DISP-STRICKEN
FSC-OPINION: We conclude that the language in the ballot summary indicating that the proposed amendment unqualifiedly "[p]ermits" the use (and distribution) of recreational marijuana is affirmatively misleading. Because the proposed amendment fails to comply with section 101.161(1), Florida Statutes, we strike the proposed amendment.
It is so ordered. ***Corrected opinion issued April 29, 2021.***
