DISP-APPR STIPULATION/INVOLUNTARILY RETIRED (JQC)
On December 6, 2012, the Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended that the Court order Judge Joseph A. Simpson's, of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, involuntary retirement due to a permanent physical disability which seriously interferes with the performance of his judicial duties. Judge Simpson does not contest the Commission's recommendation. Upon review, we approve the Stipulation, adopt the Commission's recommendation, and declare Judge Joseph A. Simpson to be involuntarily retired from judicial service immediately upon the issuance of this order. No motion for rehearing will be entertained.
