Click to open document 06/03/2021 DISP-QUASHED & REMANDED FSC-OPINION: For the above reasons, we answer the rephrased certified question in the affirmative, quash the Fourth District's decision in Arch Insurance Co., and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion. In doing so, we conclude that the insurer has standing to maintain a legal malpractice action against counsel hired to represent its insured where the insurer is contractually subrogated to the insured's rights under the insurance policy. It is so ordered.
