Click to open document 03/24/2022 DISP-DISBARMENT (IMMEDIATELY) The above cases are hereby consolidated, on the Court's own motion, for all review purposes. From this date forward, all documents pertaining to the above consolidated cases should be filed electronically through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal using case number SC21-28 only. The Court, having considered the Report of Referee in case number SC21-28, the Motion to Assess Costs, and the briefs filed in that case, hereby approves the referee's report in its entirety. Also, the Court, having considered The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause in case number SC21-959 and respondent's response thereto, hereby grants the Bar's petition, and respondent is held in contempt of this Court's order, dated January 19, 2021, in case number SC21-28. Respondent is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida. Respondent is currently suspended; therefore, this disbarment is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(h). Respondent shall also fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-6.1, if applicable. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from George Edward Ollinger III in the amount of $12,778.39, for which sum let execution issue. Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
03/31/2022 ORDER-FLA BAR DISBURSEMENT (FUNDS) Upon consideration of the referee's "Order Regarding Disbursement of Frozen Trust Funds" filed with this Court on August 24, 2021, and respondent's brief, the referee's order is approved, and the remaining balance in respondent's frozen trust account totaling approximately $14,967.00 shall be distributed to Nandalall Rameshwar.
