Click to open document 08/15/2022 The Florida Bar ORDER-DISMISSAL RE: FAILURE TO COMPLY In reviewing our records, we note that respondent's notice of intent to seek review of report of referee is subject to dismissal for want of prosecution. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.410 (Sanctions). We have not received respondent's initial brief on the merits in accordance with Rule Regulating The Florida Bar 3-7.7(c)(3) (requiring that an initial brief be filed within thirty days of the filing of the notice). Further, we have not received the transcripts in this case pursuant to rule 3-7.7(c)(2) (failing to timely file and serve all transcripts may be cause for dismissal of the notice). Failure of respondent to file a proper initial brief and transcripts with this Court within five days from the date of this order could result in dismissal of the notice and approval of the referee's recommendation. Dismissal of this notice is not subject to reinstatement.
