01/03/2002 DISP-QUASHED We quash the district court's decision invalidating certain restrictions on leasing set out in the petitioner's Declaration of Condominium. In this instance no provision in the Condominium Act prohibits the adoption of an amendment imposing a lease restriction, nor does any provision require the consent of all unit owners to adopt such an amendment. To the contrary, the Condominium Act provides broad authority for amending a declaration of condominium. See § 718.110(1)(a), Fla. Stat. (2000).
