Upon review of the Responses to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated December 20, 2001, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is granted, that the Second District's decision in this case is vacated, and this matter is remanded for reconsideration upon application of our decision in State vs. Huggins, 802 So. 2d 276 (Fla. 2001).
