Mrs. Barlow's recovery of this social security loss should be measured according to Mr. Barlow's normal life expectancy unless there is evidence from which the arbitration panel could conclude that Mr. Barlow had a reduced life expectancy because of issues unrelated to the medical malpractice. Accordingly, we quash the First District's decision to the extent it is inconsistent with this opinion and remand for further proceedings.
