04/28/2005 DISP-APPROVED We agree with the conclusion reached by the Second District Court of Appeal that contractual discounts negotiated by an HMO fall within the statutory definition of collateral sources subject to setoff. The trial court, therefore, properly applied section 768.76 to reduce Goble's damages by the amount of the discounts. We answer the certified question in the affirmative and approve the decision of the Second District Court of Appeal.
