The Florida Bar has filed an Emergency Motion to Change Effective Date of the Amendments to Rules 4-5.5, 3-2.1, 3-4.1, 3-4.6 and 3-7.2 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. It requests this change because "of the exigent circumstances now existing as a result of Hurricane Katrina." Having considered this motion, the motion is granted and the amendments to Rules 4-5.5, 3-2.1, 3-4.1, 3-4.6 and 3-7.2 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, ordered by this Court on May 12, 2005, see In Re: Amendments to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, 907 So. 2d 1138 (Fla. 2005), shall be effective immediately.
