07/07/2005 DISP-QUASHED We quash the decision of the district court and hold that a real estate broker may be paid a contingency fee for the sale of private property to the government, unless the sale was obtained through corruption or improper influence. We affirm the trial court's ruling that the brokers were the procuring cause of the sale and are entitled to a commission.
