Click to open document 10/20/2005 ORDER-HIGH PROFILE Because of significant public and media interest in this matter, counsel for the parties are directed to hereafter file an original and eight (8) copies of all pleadings filed with this Court. Per this Court's Administrative Order In Re: Mandatory Submission of Electronic Copies of Documents AOSC04-84 dated September 13, 2004, counsel are directed to include a copy of all documents, including any attachments and appendices, in an electronic format as required by the provisions of that order. A copy of AOSC04-84 is attached.

Answer briefs shall be filed on or before November 30, 2005. Click to open document 02/06/2006 DISP-DISMISSED-VOLUNTARY The Notices of Withdrawal Initiative Petitions filed in the above cases by the Committee for Fair Elections, the sponsor of the initiative petitions, have been treated as proper notices of dismissal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.350(b), and it is ordered that the above styled cases are hereby dismissed. The above cases are removed from the Thursday, February 9, 2006, oral argument calendar and are no longer consolidated for the purposes of oral argument with Advisory Opinion to the Attorney General Re: Independent Nonpartisan Commission to Apportion Legislative and Congressional Districts Which Replaces Apportionment by Legislature, Case Nos. SC05-1754 and SC05-1895. Case Nos. SC05-1754 and SC05-1895 are still scheduled for oral argument on Thursday, February 9, 2006.
