11/15/2006 ORDER-ORAL ARGUMENT CALENDAR REMOVAL Upon consideration of the responses thereto, this Court's order to show cause of November 9, 2006, is hereby discharged. Although the Court has determined not to stay the above consolidated cases pending the resolution of United States Fire Insurance Company, etc. v. J.S.U.B., Inc., etc., et al., Case No. SC05-1295, the Court has determined that the cases should be considered on the same oral argument calendar. Accordingly, the above consolidated cases, which were scheduled for oral argument on Thursday, December 7, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., are removed from the oral argument calendar. Oral argument will be rescheduled on the same day as J.S.U.B. The exact date and time of oral argument will be set by later order of the Court and the parties will be given at least 60 days notice. This case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
