For the foregoing reasons, we approve the Fifth District's decision below in Reeves and disapprove the Second District's decision in Rodriguez. In doing so, we hold that Reeves' overall sentence of one PRR sentence followed by three consecutive CPC sentences does not violate the Legislature's intent under the PRR statute or this Court's prior precedent. Thus, Reeves' twenty-year overall sentence is legal.
