A maximum of twenty minutes to the side is allowed for the argument, but counsel is expected to use only so much of that time as is necessary. 09/18/2008 DISP-QUASHED & REMANDED Contrary to the conclusion of the Third District, we hold that this stop and search of Baptiste violated the Fourth Amendment. Accordingly, we quash the decision in Baptiste and approve the decision of the Second District in Rivera. We remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
