ORDER-ACCEPTANCE AS TIMELY FILED GR (BRIEF)
|
|
Petitioner's motion to accept brief as timely filed is granted and petitioner's jurisdictional brief with appendix was filed with this Court on February 14, 2007. Counsel is cautioned that in the future all motions for extension of time must be filed sufficiently in advance of the brief due date so that if the motion is denied counsel will be in compliance with the ordered time. Petitioner's jurisdictional brief with appendix, which was filed with this Court on February 14, 2007, does not comply with Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.210(a)(2) and is hereby stricken. Petitioner is hereby directed, on or before March 12, 2007, to serve an original and five copies of an amended brief with appendix in which the lettering in the brief shall be double-spaced, with margins no less than one inch. Footnotes and quotations may be single spaced and shall be in the same size type, with the same spacing between characters, as the text.
