Respondent filed a Motion to Strike/Reply to Complainant's Objection to Change of Venue on May 2, 2007, and The Florida Bar filed a Response to Respondent's Motion to Strike Complainant's Objection to Change of Venue on May 17, 2007. Respondent filed a Reply to Florida Bar's Objections and Motion to Strike on May 17, 2007; however, there are no provisions in the Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.300(a) for the filing of a reply. Respondent is allowed to and including June 11, 2007, in which to file a proper motion. The failure to file a proper motion with this Court within the time provided could result in the imposition of sanctions, including striking of the reply. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.410.
