05/19/2011 DISP-QUASHED & REMANDED For the reasons stated above, we find that the trial court properly directed a verdict for Wald on the issue of permanency and thus the First District improperly reversed the final judgment in favor of Wald entered. Accordingly, we quash the decision of the First District and remand for reinstatement of the jury verdict.
