04/22/2009 ORDER-SHOW CAUSE (TAG-APPEAL-CONTROLLED BY LEAD CASE) This Court has discharged jurisdiction and dismissed review of Rivera v. State, 954 So. 2d 1216 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007). See Rivera v. State, 34 Fla. L. Weekly S244 (Fla. Feb. 26, 2009). Petitioner shall therefore show cause on or before May 7, 2009, why this Court's decision in Rivera is not controlling in this case and thus why the Court should not decline to accept jurisdiction in this case.
