Click to open document 03/19/2009 DISP-CERT QUES FED-ANSWERED AFFIRM/NEG IN PART For the reasons stated above, we answer the first and third questions in the negative and the second question affirmatively and hold that the Act (I) does not violate Florida's separation of powers doctrine; (II) was validly enacted by the Florida Legislature; and (III) does not infringe on the Florida Supreme Court's jurisdiction to regulate lawyers or the practice of law.
