06/27/2013 DISP-QUASHED For the reasons discussed above, we conclude that the new constitutional rule announced in Blakely does not apply retroactively to sentences or resentences that were final when it issued. Accordingly, we quash the First District¿s decision in Johnson, and we approve the Fourth District¿s decision in Thomas. It is so ordered.
