We approve of the stipulation and the Judicial Qualification Commission's findings and recommendation that Judge Michelle Baker receive a public reprimand and pay a $25,000 fine payable to this Court by Judge Baker over thirty-six months from the date of this order. Accordingly, we hereby command Judge Baker to appear before this Court for administration of a public reprimand on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. It is so ordered.
