Click to open document 10/16/2014 DISP-QUASHED We answer the certified question in the negative and find that the State did not have the right to petition the district court for certiorari review in this case. Our jurisprudence dictates that a final order, such as the one presented here, is not reviewable by common law certiorari where there is no statutory right to appeal. We quash the decision of the Second District, as it lacked jurisdiction to review the circuit court's order terminating LaFave's probation. It is so ordered.
