Click to open document 11/26/2014 DISP-REVERSED Based on the foregoing, we reverse the First District's decision holding section 550.054(14)(a) unconstitutional and direct the trial court to enter summary judgment in favor of the appellants because we hold that section 550.054(14)(a) is a valid general law in which the classification scheme reasonably relates to the purpose of the statute.
