|
On June 13, 2013, the Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended that the Court order the involuntary retirement of Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge David Allen Glant due to a physical disability that seriously interferes with the performance of his judicial duties. Judge Glant and his counsel do not contest the Commission's recommendation. Therefore, we approve the Stipulation, adopt the Commission's recommendation and declare Judge Glant to be involuntarily retired from judicial service as of Thursday, June 13, 2013.
