12/11/2014 DISP-QUASHED & REMANDED We thus conclude that the recordings should have been suppressed under section 934.06, and the boyfriend's testimony should have been excluded. We answer the rephrased certified question in the affirmative, quash the decision of the Second District, and remand this case to the Second District to reverse McDade's convictions and sentences. McDade is entitled to a new trial. It is so ordered.
