Click to open document 04/27/2016 DISP-REV GR MERITS (QUASH & REMAND) (TAG) Upon review of the response and reply to the Court's Order to Show Cause dated March 14, 2016, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the petition for discretionary review is granted, the Fifth District Court of Appeal's Order in Travelers Home & Marine Ins. Co. v. Calhoun, No. 5D14-1392, 2014 WL 5039672 (Fla. 5th DCA Oct. 10, 2014), is quashed, and this case is hereby remanded for reconsideration in light of this Court's decision in Fridman v. Safeco Insurance Co. of Illinois, No. SC13-1607, 2016 WL 743258 (Fla. Feb. 25, 2016). No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, and PERRY, JJ., concur. CANADY and POLSTON, JJ., dissent.
