Click to open document 05/21/2014 DISP-TRANSFERRED (OTHER) Petitioner has filed an "Emergency Petition Invoking Original Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus to Require Compliance with the Constitutional Directive for Full and Public Financial Disclosure." Having considered the petition, the response, the reply, and the amicus curiae briefs filed, the Court has determined that this case should be transferred to an appropriate circuit court. Accordingly, the petition is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida. The transfer of this case should not be construed as an adjudication or comment on the merits of the petition, nor as a determination that the transferee court has jurisdiction or that the petition has been properly denominated as a petition for a writ of mandamus. Any future pleadings filed regarding this case should be filed in the above mentioned circuit court at 301 South Monroe Street, Suite 100, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
