In response to your Notice of Inquiry, please be advised that this Court's decision in Atwell v. State, SC14-193, is not yet final. This Court granted the State an extension of time to file a motion for rehearing in Atwell. The State filed a motion for rehearing on July 12, 2016, and that motion remains pending. As a result, Atwell is not final and your case remains stayed.
When this Court's Atwell decision is final, you will receive an order from this Court. That order will explain any action needed in your own case.
