Upon consideration of the Judicial Qualifications Commission's Findings and Recommendation of Discipline and the parties' Stipulation, the Court rejects the Stipulation and disapproves the proposed sanctions.
We remand for further proceedings to include a full hearing before the Judicial Qualifications Commission so that the Court, in determining the appropriate sanction, will be apprised of all the facts and circumstances bearing on the violation.

On February 12, 2016, Judge Cynthia Gelmine Imperato filed her response to this Court's January 26, 2016, order that she show cause why removal from office would not be the appropriate sanction in this case. In her response, she notified this Court of her intent to resign from her position, effective February 29, 2016. In light of Judge Imperato's subsequent resignation, and because there is no further purpose to be served by additional action by this Court, this case is hereby dismissed.
