FSC-OPINION: Therefore, we quash the decision of the Fourth District in Knighton and remand to the district court for any further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Furthermore, we disapprove of the Second District's decision in Harris, to the extent that it conflicts with this opinion, and we approve of Harris, to the extent that it is consistent with this opinion. It is so ordered.
