The order of this Court dated August 11, 2016, dismissing this case is hereby vacated.
Petitioner's jurisdictional brief, which was filed with this Court on August 8, 2016, does not comply with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.210 and is hereby stricken. Petitioner is hereby directed, on or before August 23, 2016, to file an amended jurisdictional brief with appendix which must not exceed ten pages. The table of contents and citations, the certificates of service and compliance, and the signature block for the brief's author, shall be excluded from the computation. The appendix must contain only a copy of the opinion or order of the district court of appeal to be reviewed.

FSC-OPINION: For these reasons, we approve the Third District's decision in Flemmings and hold that the Stand Your Ground law does not confer civil liability immunity to a criminal defendant who is determined to be immune from prosecution in the criminal case, and quash the Second District's decision in Kumar. It is so ordered.
