Respondent is hereby directed to show cause on or before May 23, 2017, why in light of Johnson v. State, 2017 WL 1409660 (Fla. Apr. 20, 2017), and Kelsey v. State, 206 So. 3d 5 (Fla. 2016), this Court should not accept jurisdiction in this case, summarily quash the decision being reviewed, and remand this case to the district court with instructions to further remand for resentencing in conformance with chapter 2014-220, Laws of Florida, which has been codified in sections 775.082, 921.1401, and 921.1402 of the Florida Statutes. Petitioner may serve a reply on or before June 2, 2017.

|
Upon review of the response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated May 8, 2017, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is granted, that the Fourth District Court of Appeal's decision in this case is quashed, and this matter is remanded for resentencing in light of the decision in Johnson v. State, 215 So. 3d 1237 (Fla. 2017).
No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
