Click to open document 01/25/2018 WEST CORRESPONDENCE ATTENTION ALL PUBLISHERS: THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE ABOVE OPINION: On page 8, in rule 3-4.3, line 6, the words "such an" have been changed to read "the." On page 9, in rule 3-4.7, line 2, the word "state" has been changed to lower case. On page 11, in rule 3-7.17(c)(2), in the heading, the word "to" has been changed to lower case. On page 18, in rule 8-2.2(c), the first sentence has been corrected to eliminate a sentence fragment so that the introductory language of the subdivision will read grammatically. On page 21, in rule 11-1.10(c), third line, an overextended strike-though line has been corrected. On page 21, in rule 13-1.3(a)(5), third line, "shall" has been changed to read "does," and fifth line, "attorney" has been changed to read "lawyer."
