DISP-PUBLIC REPRIMAND (JQC - BEFORE FSC)

FSC-OPINION: On the record before us, we conclude that there is clear and convincing evidence to support the findings of fact as to all charges and we approve the stipulation entered into by Judge Holder and the JQC. Accordingly, we hereby command Judge Gregory Holder to appear before this Court for the administration of a public reprimand at a time to be established by the Clerk of this Court and further direct that Judge Holder complete six additional CJE training hours on topics related to ethics.
It is so ordered.
