FSC-OPINION: Accordingly, we quash the First District's decision in Lee, and approve Thomas, Honaker, Stapler, Holt, and Mizner to the extent they are consistent with this opinion. We direct that Lee's convictions of solicitation of a minor and unlawful use of a two-way communications device be vacated, and remand the case to the First District for proceedings consistent with this opinion. It is so ordered.
