Briefs must be filed as follows: Petitioner's brief on the merits must be filed on or before Monday, August 20, 2018; Respondents' answer brief on the merits must be filed no later than Thursday, August 30, 2018; and Petitioner's reply brief on the merits must be filed no later than Thursday, September 6, 2018. The Clerk of the First District Court of Appeal must file the record which must be properly indexed and paginated on or before Friday, August 24, 2018. The Clerk may provide the record in the format as currently maintained at the district court, either paper or electronic. The Court will hear oral argument at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
