DISP-APPROVED
FSC-OPINION: For the reasons explained above, we approve the Fourth District's decision to uphold Pedroza's sentence. We disapprove of Cuevas, Blount, Mosier, Alfaro, Burrows, Katwaroo, and Tarrand to the extent they hold that resentencing is required for all juvenile offenders serving a sentence longer than twenty years without the opportunity for early release based on demonstrated maturity and rehabilitation.
It is so ordered.
