Click to open document 04/12/2019 ORDER-OA&BRIEF SCHED/JURIS ACCEPTED (CERT JUDGMT) The Fourth District Court of Appeal has certified, pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(5) of the Constitution of Florida, that the trial court passes upon a question of great public importance requiring immediate resolution by this Court. We accept jurisdiction. The Court requests that the appellants consolidate their briefing to the extent possible. Briefs must be filed as follows: appellants' initial brief on the merits must be filed on or before May 2, 2019; appellee's answer brief on the merits must be filed on or before May 22, 2019; and appellants' reply brief on the merits must be filed on or before June 11, 2019.
