Click to open document 06/21/2010 ORDER-HIGH PROFILE Because of significant public and media interest in this matter, counsel for the parties are directed to hereafter file an original and eight copies of all pleadings filed with this Court. Per this Court's Administrative Order In Re: Mandatory Submission of Electronic Copies of Documents, AOSC04-84, dated September 13, 2004, counsel are directed to transmit a copy of all documents, including any attachments and appendices, in an electronic format as required by the provisions of that order. Click to open document 06/22/2010 ORDER-BRIEF SCHED (GOV-ADVISORY OPIN) Pursuant to article IV, section 1(c), Florida Constitution, on June 21, 2010, the Governor of Florida has requested this Court's opinion on a question of constitutional interpretation affecting his executive powers and duties. The Court has determined that the request is within the purview of the above-noted constitutional provision and the Court will exercise its discretion to provide an opinion in response to the Governor's request. Interested parties shall file their briefs on or before 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2010, and serve a copy on the Governor. Please file an original and eight copies of all briefs. In addition to paper briefs, per this Court's Administrative Order In Re: Mandatory Submission of Electronic Copies of Documents, AOSC04-84, dated September 13, 2004, counsel are directed to transmit a copy of all briefs in an electronic format as required by the provisions of that order.
